How Do I Configure an Intervention Permit Type?
An Intervention Permit Type is a specific category of Permit that authorises an individual to carry out an Intervention. If a person in the system does not hold the appropriate Permit, they are not permitted to undertake the Intervention, as doing so could present health and safety risks.
- On the left side menu, go to Settings and click Intervention Permit Types.
- Click New Permit.
- Enter the Name, and Description.
- Select the Intervention Permit Type Form from the dropdown options.
- Click Save & Submit.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name and form.
- A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description.
This is required before you can add an Intervention Permit Type:
- Digitise your Permit Type Form
