How Do I Add Hazards to an Existing Risk Assessment?


A hazard is anything that has the potential to cause harm. The system provides the option to add hazards to existing risk assessments. It is important that hazards are configured prior to adding them to risk assessments. Hazards can be configured in the Settings menu.


  1. On the left column, go to Risk Assessments.
  2. Click on the risk assessment you wish to add hazards to.
  3. Select from the Hazards dropdown options.
  4. Click Save Hazard Changes.
