How Do I Send a Mass Email to Companies?
You may wish to send a mass email to companies if the message is relevant to multiple organisations registered on the system.
To send a mass email:
- On the left column, go to Companies.
- Click Mass Email in the top right corner.
- Select the Companies you want to send the email to from the dropdown option (you can select multiple).
- Enter the Email Subject and Title into the text box.
- Enter the Email Body into the text box.
- Add attachments by dragging and dropping the document to the white box or click on the white box and select the document.
- Click Save and Submit.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields.
- A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work.
This is required before you can send a mass email:
