How Do I Send a Mass Email to Companies?


You may wish to send a mass email to companies if the message is relevant to multiple organisations registered on the system.


To send a mass email:

  1. On the left column, go to Companies.
  2. Click Mass Email in the top right corner.
  3. Select the Companies you want to send the email to from the dropdown option (you can select multiple).
  4. Enter the Email Subject and Title into the text box.
  5. Enter the Email Body into the text box.
  6. Add attachments by dragging and dropping the document to the white box or click on the white box and select the document.
  7. Click Save and Submit.


  1. A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields.


  1. A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work.


This is required before you can send a mass email:

  1. Set up Companies.
