Administrator Roles and Access Rights
When setting up administrators, the role is required to be selected.
Administrator Roles include:
EHS Administrator Roles
- Admin - provides access to all active modules
- Access Security - access module only
- Location Manager - EHS module only
- Location Administrator - LMS
- Project Manager - EHS module only
- Project Administrator - LMS
- Location Sector Administrator - EHS module only
- Project Sector Administrator - EHS module only
- Subcontractor Documents Administrator - EHS module only
- Plant Manager - EHS module only
- Project Plant Manager - EHS module only
- Site Contact/Location Job Administrator - EHS module only
- Project Job Administrator - EHS module only
EHS Other Roles
- Direct Employee - LMS, QMS, MMS, system setting “Employee can Login” required (System approval required)
- Subcontractor Employee -LMS, QMS, MMS, system setting “Employee can Login” required (System approval not required)
- Subcontractor Administrator - EHS module only
LMS Administrator Roles
