How Do I Change the Order of Users in an Approval Path?

The Approval Path is a step that is implemented when approving documents on the system. This is to ensure documents are fully compliant, and forms that have been added to documents have been correctly filled. Document approvals are carried out by individuals assigned to an approval path. The order in which users are arranged in the approval path determines the sequence of approvals required to complete the process.

1. On the left column, go to Settings and click Approval Paths.
2. Click on the relevant approval path.
3. In the Users section, drag and drop the users to your preferred location.
4. Click Save Changes.
