How Do I Save a Digitised Form?
The Form Builder functionality allows users to create digital forms that can be completed directly within the system. The system provides multiple options when saving digitised forms.
Saving Options Include:
- Saving a form - this includes saving a form when creating a new form.
- Replacing an existing form - this creates a new version of the current form in use. The latest version will be the one required to be filled. Previous versions are still accessible in the system.
- Creating a new form - this creates a new form that can be assigned to different modules.
To Save a New Form:
- On the left column, go to Settings and click Form Builder.
- Create the form using the tools which are located on the left.
- Click Save Form at the top of the page.
- Enter the Name, Version and Description.
- Select the Type form the dropdown options.
- Click Save Changes.
To Replace an Existing Form:
- On the left column, go to Settings and click Form Builder.
- Click Open Form and select the form you wish to replace.
- When you have made changes, click Save Form.
- Enter the reason for revision and click Replace the Existing One.
To Create a New Form:
- On the left column, go to Settings and click Form Builder.
- Click Open Form and select the form you wish to replace.
- When you have made changes, click Save Form.
- Click Create New One.
- Enter the Name, Version and Description.
- Select the Type form the dropdown options.
- Click Save Changes.
