The Dashboards System
Dashboards are used to represent data that is linked to the system and conveys the information in the form of graphs and charts. This shows specific data in real-time as well as past data, which is beneficial as it shows trends over time. Dashboards can be created and customised by administrators to show the preferred data.
There are many benefits to utilising the System Dashboard, for example:
Most Dashboard graphs are clickable and can be used to pre-filter the system for selected data.
Chart Guide
The Chart Guide offers a guide on the type of charts that can be created. The examples provide visual understanding on charts and what they can display. Module examples can be selected by clicking ‘Specific Modules’ and selecting the Module(s) from the dropdown options.

Dashboard charts can be filtered to show more specific data. Filters can be saved to become permanent or can be applied temporarily.
Charts can be moved by dragging and dropping them to the desired location on the dashboard. This can only be done by ‘Unlocking’ the dashboard.
The system allows Dashboards to be printed as a physical copy.
Multiple Dashboards - Private and Public
Multiple dashboards can be created, which helps to give a deeper insight into the system, as they can be specific to each module.
