As 2025 comes to a close, we want to pause and recognise the people and organisations who make meaningful EHSQ progress possible. Our clients, our partners, and our own team continue to raise the bar for what practical, credible EHSQ looks like in real operations.
At dulann, EHSQ is not an abstract compliance exercise about digitisation. It is an operational discipline that must work on site, under pressure, across contractors, equipment, people, and permits. The progress reflected across our platform exists because our clients demand systems that actually support how work gets done.
Progress you can measure
The scale of activity across dulann reflects sustained, real-world use by EHSQ Managers and operational leaders:
- €158 million in efficiency gains delivered back to client organisations
- 322,000 credentials registered and actively managed
- 292,000 inductions completed across diverse sites and risk profiles
- 130,000 subcontractor documents and 326,000 employee documents managed
- 155,000 equipment inspections completed and recorded
- 82,000 ePermits supporting controlled, high-risk work
- 73,000 safety observations and incident records contributing to safer outcomes
- And much much more
These numbers are not vanity metrics. They represent fewer delays, better visibility, stronger controls, and safer decisions made every day.
Reliability, resilience, and independence
Technology only delivers value when it is dependable. Over the last three months, the dulann platform achieved 100% uptime. There is an average of 1,400 people online at any one time, with peaks typically at 7 to 8.30am GMT. When issues do arise, our average response time to genuine bugs is 1 hour and 29 minutes (working time), ensuring disruption to operations is kept to an absolute minimum. Thankfully they don’t happen very often!
We are also proud to say that dulann remains debt free and profitable. In a crowded marketplace, we are one of the very few indigenous Irish EHSQ software companies still operating independently, and certainly the only one in the world offering such a broad EHSQ capability entirely built, maintained, and evolved in-house at our software development hub in Malaga. The team now has 19 people, 8 at dulann HQ in Wexford, Ireland, 8 in Malaga, Spain and 3 remote.
A Net Promoter Score of 7.8 reflects long-term trust built through delivery, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of operational EHSQ.
Our 80/20 philosophy
We continue to be very deliberate about our 80/20 approach.
For most clients, 80% of value comes from strong core workflows, sensible defaults, and systems that are easy to adopt across sites and teams. But we also recognise that the remaining 20% matters deeply. That 20% often involves complex configuration, edge cases, and alignment with established EHSQ systems that have evolved over many years.
Unlike all platforms offered at this price point, we work to adapt our system to meet your operational reality, not force your organisation to bend around software limitations. That journey can involve complexity and, at times, a little pain. It requires collaboration, patience, and trust on both sides. We believe it is worth it, and we thank our clients for their continued patience and partnership as we do this work properly. In 2026 there is a strong focus on making this piece of the customer journey better.
Looking ahead to 2026
As we move into 2026, our focus is on deepening value, improving service quality, and continuing to simplify EHSQ delivery at scale.
Key initiatives already underway include:
- Customer success leadership
We have appointed our first ever Associate Director of Customer Success. Nicola Carr joins teamdulann in February 2026 with a clear mandate to ensure clients achieve the strongest possible return on investment from the platform. Her appointment covers the entire customer journey from onboarding to lifetime customer success.
- One plan, one price
From 1 January, we are launching our unique “One Plan, One Price” model. This supports our vision of world-class EHSQ software for SMEs, starting from €395 per month, with no feature gating or hidden tiers.
- A structured, funded support model
From 1 January, we are moving away from free support to a fully funded, structured support model. Free support was not working effectively for clients or our team. This change allows us to deliver faster responses, clearer ownership, and consistently high-quality support.
- Artificial intelligence investment
We are dedicating 15% of our development capacity in 2026 to AI initiatives focused on practical outcomes, reducing admin burden, improving insight, and supporting better EHSQ decision-making. The AI hype currently is a bubble that will burst, but when the dust settles the EHSQ world will have changed immeasurably. The dulann approach is not to use AI to replace humans, but as an additional supplementary supportive tool that further enhances our offering, but that if it fails, is not critical to operations.
- Greater flexibility through roles
A significant revamp of our Roles capability is underway, delivering more granular control and flexibility for complex organisational structures. We are also revamping Risk Assessments with both huge projects likely to be completed by the end of Q2.
- Strategic advice
In Q4 2025, We have appointed three new strategic advisors to guide us through the next couple of years. We will be revealing those details in the new year, and we will start to see their impact at the end of Q1 2026. Here is a sneak peak:
(a) Strategic Health & Safety Advisor: Previous EHSQ Manager for Organisations such as Unilever and Toyota.
(b) Strategic Business Advisor: Previous CEO of a successful International EHSQ Software business.
(c) Strategic Financial Advisor: Previous CFO of a successful EHSQ Software business.
- Continued focus on usability
We will continue to invest in our three-click approach within the dulann app, ensuring critical actions can be completed quickly in live operational environments.
- A streamlined customer journey
We are moving from Salesforce and Sage to HubSpot and Xero to improve communication, transparency, and the overall client experience. We have also introduced Bubu the bear (more on that later).
And there is much more planned beyond this.
Who we are best suited to support
As we grow, we remain clear on where dulann delivers the strongest value.
Our primary target organisations typically:
- Employ 100 or more people operating across multiple sites or projects
- Have an established EHSQ function that needs integrated scalable systems, not spreadsheets
- Rely heavily on subcontractors
- Manage high-risk activities requiring permits, inspections, and close controls
- Operates in heavily regulated industries such as Food Processing, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
The challenges we are most often brought in to solve:
- Excessive administrative burden on EHSQ and operations teams
- Disconnected systems creating blind spots and duplication
- Poor adoption of EHSQ software by frontline users
- EHSQ processes that no longer scale with organisational growth
- Increasing regulatory and client scrutiny without additional headcount
If this sounds familiar, we would welcome the conversation.
Thank you
To our clients, thank you for trusting dulann with critical EHSQ processes. To our partners and suppliers, thank you for your collaboration and shared commitment to raising standards. And to the dulann team, thank you for the discipline, care, and professionalism you bring to the work every day.
If you are an existing client looking to extract even more value in 2026, or a prospective client considering a change, get in touch. We would be happy to talk through what practical, scalable EHSQ delivery could look like for your organisation.
We have achieved a lot together, and as a team we recognise that we also have a lot to do. We look forward to continuing the journey together.
