Employees can now clock in and out of a Project within a defined site boundary. An on-site distance indicator helps them see whether they are in range, and configurable push reminders can prompt them when they enter or leave a site.
Users can now choose to raise a Corrective Action for themselves or their reporting manager. A reporting manager can also be added when an employee record is created, supporting the assignment of actions.
A new “Who is on site” view shows who is currently on a Project, giving teams a live view of site attendance.
Health and Safety charts can now show yearly and monthly breakdowns using occurrence date and classification, providing another way to review trends. This includes comparing this year to other years, setting targets, and viewing projections all on the one graph.
Administrators can now disable mobile app access for all users of a client using a single setting in the admin panel.
Classification is now available as a column filter for audits under People, making it easier to narrow down the records shown.
A new “Before now” filter helps users focus on earlier assignments and expiries. Entries outside the filter remain visible but are dimmed, so users retain the wider context.
Including separate triggers for direct employees and indirect employees, inspection failures and many more.
We’ll continue the final improvements to the new Risk Assessment Module ahead of its release.
We’re working on the ability to add annotations to PDFs, allowing users to mark up documents directly.
We’re developing fault reporting in the dulann mobile app so employees can capture and submit faults while on site.
Work will continue on the roles revamp to improve how user roles and access are managed.
We’ll start development of a new Skills Matrix module to help organisations view and manage employee skills.
What clients need to do
Clients should review the functionality released since our previous update and consider whether any settings, permissions, or internal processes need to be updated.
Upcoming functionality will become available through planned releases. However, clients may still need to review and configure the relevant settings to meet their own operational requirements. New functionality will not automatically be configured for each organisation.
Configuration assistance and training
Clients with an Enhanced Support Package can ask dulann for configuration assistance or request additional training by navigating to:
Help → Give Feedback → Request Training
When submitting a request, please identify the functionality for which assistance is required and include any relevant configuration or training requirements.
What happens next
Upcoming improvements remain subject to the successful completion of final quality, performance, and security testing.
Release timings may vary if further testing or development is required. We’ll publish confirmation and supporting guidance in our release notes as each improvement becomes available.
