These improvements are designed to make information easier to access, reduce administrative steps, and give employees and administrators a smoother experience across the platform.
Users can now scan a QR code in the dulann mobile app to open an equipment record and complete the relevant inspection.
They can also access supporting documents associated with the equipment, such as the manufacturer’s certificate. This allows employees to carry out inspections and reference important equipment information while working on site.
Users can now select the relevant Location or Project directly when creating a Corrective Action, rather than having it automatically inherited from the related record.
This provides greater flexibility and helps ensure that Corrective Actions are assigned to the correct operational area.
Employees can now record the actions they have taken when marking a Corrective Action as complete, without needing to open the full Corrective Action first.
This removes an unnecessary step and makes it quicker to complete actions through the mobile app.
Subcontractor evaluations can now be completed directly through the dulann mobile app, making the process more accessible for administrators working on site or away from their desks.
People can now be assigned within the Risk Report module. A supporting Risk Report email function has also been introduced, building on the recent improvements to people-related information in weekly Risk Reports.
Users can now record voice notes within forms in the dulann mobile app. This provides a quick and practical way to capture detailed information on site when typing is not convenient.
Employees can now access and work through their Outstanding and Upcoming task lists without an internet connection.
This supports users working in areas with limited or no signal and allows their task information to remain accessible while offline.
A new notification can alert the relevant recipients when a new version of an employee or trainee document is uploaded, helping ensure that updated documents are reviewed promptly.
A number of improvements have been made to the Mileage module, including:
An amber warning when an inspection is approaching
Clearer filter labels
Improved navigation from dashboard tiles and charts
Together, these changes provide a clearer view of vehicle mileage and upcoming inspection requirements.
Filtering functionality within the mobile app is now available to employee users as well as administrators, making it easier for employees to narrow down records and tasks.
LMS courses in the mobile app can now be opened in either portrait or landscape orientation, allowing users to choose the format that works best for their device and course content.
Data tables and cards have been redesigned to display more useful information while remaining clear and easy to scan.
Users will be able to raise a Corrective Action for themselves or their reporting manager using a new selection option.
Reporting managers will also be added automatically when an employee record is created, helping to support the correct assignment and escalation of actions.
Clients will be able to set targets for areas such as accidents and incidents and compare them against their operational data.
Current data, historical data, projections and targets will be displayed together on a single graph, giving clients a clearer view of trends and performance against their objectives.
Corrective Action records associated with an audit will be included when the audit is exported through the Template Builder.
This will provide a more complete audit report by keeping the audit findings and related actions together.
Further improvements are being completed to support Corrective Actions created through forms, including an updated data process and filtering for the new information.
Clients should review the functionality released since our previous update and consider whether any settings, permissions, or internal processes need to be updated.
Upcoming functionality will become available through planned releases. However, clients may still need to review and configure the relevant settings to meet their own operational requirements. New functionality will not automatically be configured for each organisation.
Clients with an Enhanced Support Package can ask dulann for configuration assistance or request additional training by navigating to:
Help → Give Feedback → Request Training
When submitting a request, please identify the functionality for which assistance is required and include any relevant configuration or training requirements.
Upcoming improvements remain subject to the successful completion of final quality, performance, and security testing.
Release timings may vary if further testing or development is required. We’ll publish confirmation and supporting guidance in our release notes as each improvement becomes available.
