Supplying international food and nutrition companies – across a range of sectors from branded cheese and butter through to the infant, sports, clinical and affordable nutrition markets. Glanbia Ireland have circa 700 employees in Ireland across 5 processing plants.
With over 3,000 contractors and drivers to induct annually, the administration and delivery of a traditional induction course became a significant drain on both human and financial resources. This was exacerbated by the fact that delivery needed to take place in multi-site locations. Apart from the time and cost of administering and conducting these inductions, it was also preventing Health and Safety personal from focusing on more “higher value add” activities.
