As part of our culture of giving back to our community, we run a charity initiative called #TeamDulannGivesBack .
We strongly believe that by empowering ourselves to do more, we can have an impact on driving real change within our community.
As part of this initiative, every month we will ask each member of our team to highlight three of their most proud achievements over the past month.
The winner will also be chosen collectively by our colleagues and that colleague then nominates a charity of their choice. The charity will then receive a small donation and/or a number of training courses. Some of the recipients are highlighted below.
